Bat House Installation

All Bat Houses Should:

  • be mounted on a pole or the side of a building at least 15 ft. above the ground.
  • be mounted in an open area, with no obstructions, where the house will receive at least 6 or more hours of direct sunlight a day.
  • face a southerly direction. If two houses are mounted back to back (the desired configuration) they should face SE and NW. Never face a lone bat house directly North.
  • DO NOT mount you bat house on the trunk of a tree, however, bat houses can be hung from the limb of a large shade tree, if no open areas are available.

FBN Installation

FBN will provide a professional installation that will not only last but will be designed to attract bats to the house. You should not waste your money purchasing a bat house that is installed in a manner that will never attract bats.
