Laura Finn founded Fly By Night in 1994. Fly By Night,
Inc.: The Bat Specialists was incorporated in the State of Florida in June
of 1997 and became a Florida Not-For-Profit corporation in 1999 (CH12360). FBN acquired 501(c)3
Federal non profit status in 2001.

Mission Statement
The goals of Fly By Night, Inc. are to
promote bat conservation through field research; public education programs,
safe and humane exclusion methods for ‘nuisance’ bat
populations, installation of bat houses, and rehabilitation of orphaned and
injured bats.
